By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Flight Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and airline confirmation
Prices may change until payment is completed
You must provide accurate passenger information as it appears on government-issued ID
Name changes may not be allowed or may incur significant fees

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
Additional fees may apply (baggage, seat selection, etc.)
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type:

Non-refundable tickets: No refund except for certain taxes and fees
Refundable tickets: Full or partial refund per fare rules
24-hour cancellation: Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (for flights departing 7+ days later)
Processing time: Refunds take 7-14 business days
Service fees: May be non-refundable

Airlines, not Flight, control refund policies. We act only as an intermediary.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flight platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is owned by Flight or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

Limitation of Liability

Flight is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for airlines' actions, flight delays, cancellations, or service quality. Airlines are independent contractors, and their terms apply to your travel.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flight harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for intellectual property claims or injunctive relief.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account by contacting support@flight.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modified Terms, you must stop using the platform.
